Something easier made at home? Try a strawberry-lemon Mojito.
Usually served in a highball glass (tall narrow glass). Get out your shaker and muddle a lemon wedge, a couple mint leaves and a strawberry. Add ice cubes, an ounce or two of rum, a little lemon juice, half ounce of sweet syrup, shake well and strain into crushed ice. You can garnish with a mint sprig and a strawberry half. Yummy!
